2 nd December 2016, It was a proud moment that DRV DAV Pub School Phillaur, was selected by Niti Aayog, Govt of India to establish ‘Atal Tinkring Laboratory’ under Atal Innovation Mission. More than 13000 schools  applied and after 5 rigorous and challenging rounds only 257 schools from all over the country have been selected. Atl is a work space where young minds can give shape to their ideas through hands on do-it-yourself mode; and learn innovational skills. Young children  get a chance to work with tools and equipments to understand the concepts of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths), ATL  contains educational and learning ‘do-it –yourself’ kits and equipment on-Science, electronics, robotics, open source, micro controller boards, sensors and 3D printers and computers.
