No Bag Day
In accordance with New Education Policy 2020 guidelines, the school organized a No Bag Day for students of classes VI to XII, featuring a series of engaging and educational activities. The day was designed to provide students with practical knowledge and skill-building experiences beyond the traditional classroom setup.Therefore, an array of engaging activities was organized, including:

Mock Drill on Disaster management.
The personality development segment included self-introduction exercises and modeling activities. Students were encouraged to confidently introduce themselves, highlighting their strengths, hobbies, and aspirations. Following this, they participated in a modeling session where they practiced body language, posture, and presentation skills, enhancing their overall confidence and public speaking abilities.
A comprehensive mock drill was organized to educate students on disaster preparedness and response. The drill included evacuation procedures, First aid training,emergency communication strategies and Role-playing scenarios to practice quick decision-making in crisis situations.
Content Crafter activity allowed students to explore their creative skills by preparing attractive and creative file folders. Guided by teachers, students used various materials and techniques to design personalized folders, combining functionality with artistic expression.
Students were provided with a live experience of the banking system through a simulated banking environment in Finance fusion. They learned about Opening and managing bank accounts, the process of deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
They also crafted exquisite note pads using craft material in Writer's den .
The No Bag Day activities were meticulously planned to provide students with valuable life skills and practical knowledge that are often not covered in regular academic curricula. Each activity was aimed at enhancing students' understanding of real-world scenarios and preparing them for future challenges. Principal, Dr Yogesh Gambhir opined that this event has set a positive precedent for future No Bag Days, highlighting the school’s commitment to innovative and comprehensive education. He further added that The No Bag Day initiative effectively blended fun with learning, ensuring that students gained practical skills and knowledge in a relaxed and engaging environment.
