Rise of Leaders: Investiture Ceremony 2024
On April 30, 2024, DRV DAV CENTENARY PUBLIC SCHOOL, PHILLAUR hosted its annual Investiture Ceremony to appoint the student leaders for the academic year 2024-25. The ceremony commenced with great enthusiasm and pride as students, teachers, and staff gathered to witness the event.
The ceremony began with the adornment of sashes to the newly appointed leaders. The Captain, Vice Captain, Cultural Captain, and Sports Captain of the Houses namely Dignity, Honesty, Prosperity, and Unity were adorned with their respective sashes, symbolizing their roles and responsibilities in leading their houses.

Following this, all office bearers took oath ,pledging to fulfill their duties with sincerity, integrity, and dedication.
The students looked
splendid, adorned with colorful sashes representing their respective houses. Each student held the flag of their house high, depicting their sense of belongingness and pride in being part of their respective offices. The atmosphere was filled with excitement and anticipation as the school community came together to celebrate leadership and unity.
Addressing the gathering, Principal ,Dr. Yogesh Gambhir congratulated the newly appointed leaders and encouraged them to carry out their responsibilities with devotion and dedication. He emphasized the importance of integrity in leadership and urged them to lead by example, inspiring their peers to excel in academics, sports, and extracurricular activities.
The ceremony concluded on a note of optimism and unity, with the newly appointed leaders ready to embark on their journey of leadership and service to the school community.
