On May 18, 2024, the Heritage Club of the school celebrated Museum Day with great enthusiasm, aiming to foster a deeper appreciation for cultural heritage and historical artifacts among students. For this a captivating educational excursion to the Maharaja Ranjit Singh Fort was organised for the students. The purpose of the visit was to immerse them in the rich history and cultural heritage of Punjab, with a particular emphasis on the legendary Maharaja Ranjit Singh.
The students embarked on a journey through time as they explored the intriguing collection of antiques at Ajaib Ghar. This immersive experience allowed them to witness firsthand the significance of ancient artifacts and understand their role in preserving our heritage.
To further enrich the educational experience, a poem recitation highlighting the importance of museums was held.Additionally, a documentary on the museum's history and significance was screened, offering valuable insights into its role in preserving our cultural heritage.
