DRV DAV CENTENARY PUBLIC SCHOOL, PHILLAUR organised a two-day exhibition on October 17th and 18th, 2022, showcasing the most notable achievement of India in each year from the year of independence until the present. This event was inspired by the 75th Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav launched by the government of India.

The event's chief guest, Dr. Nisha Peshin, Director(PS-II) Academics DAV Managing Committe New Delhi, graced the ocassion with her presence. Mr Vinod (Principal DMS, Model Town Jalandhar), Mr Baljinder (Principal DAV Nakodar), Mr Ravi Sharma ( Principal DAV Bilga), Mr S.K Gautam (Principal DMS ,Dayanand Nagar Jalandhar), Mrs Simple Verma ( Principal Nirmal Sagar Public School Lasara), Mrs Amrita Kumar ( Principal MRS Public School Phillaur) also visited the school and witnessed the exhibition. Dr Nisha Peshin , chief guest of the day firstly inaugurated the high-tech library of the school adding at an area of 2925 square feet, cramped with the growing range of motivational books, journals, course books ,competative magazines ,multimedia materials, etc.

In the exhibition students demonstrated modals, charts, roleplays, dances, choreography etc. The atmosphere was filled to the brim with patriotic music. The exhibition's primary goal was to raise students' awareness of India's many accomplishments and to inculcate in them a sense of love and responsibility for their country.

There was a great deal of enthusiasm shown by the students as everybody appreciated the hands-on approach and the learning aspect. Dr Nisha Peshin appreciated the efforts done by students and the staff and inspired further for such innovative ventures in future. Principal Dr Yogesh Gambhir expressed his gratitude to the chief guest for her praiseworthy words. He also thanked students and their parents for their co-operation.
