World Health Day was celebrated on 7th April,22 at DRV DAV Centenary Public School, Phillaur to spread awareness about quality living and importance of health. Teachers shared precautions and measures one should take to stay protected from coronavirus even after getting vaccinated. Mime was performed depicting precautionary measures to stay safe from Corona. .Students were sensitized to remain healthy by eating nutritious food, fruits and vegetables. They were made aware about the importance of physical exercises like Yoga, Zumba Dancing and Aerobics to remain fit & active. They also recited poems , conveying the message of healthy eating food habits.
Principal , Dr. Yogesh Gambhir said now that the world was witnessing the fourth wave of Covid-19, it had become even more important to celebrate World Health Day and focus on the measures to be taken to deal with the problem at hand.
