‘The best way to predict the Future is to Create’  

With the same thought in mind DRV DAV Centenary Public School, Phillaur and Brain wonders had organized exclusive Career Guidance webinar through Virtual Platform for classes IX-XII on 22 and 23 May, 2020. The school decided to shift the teaching learning operations to online career mode which will not hamper the education. The resource person Ms. Vandana, Career counselling Psychologist guided and motivated the students about future choices in  their career. She also opined upon different fields and their relevance in the upcoming days. Not only this , she  also stressed that today students need to know the importance of career counselling and right guidance before they are going to choose an academic stream after taking the board exams. She also quoted many examples and also expressed the difference between excellent, average and good student so that the students can have deep understanding of their career through power point presentation. Moreover she provided motivational input to the students’ of 11th and 12th standard regarding fixing their goals in life and the ways to achieve them.  In the interaction with students, she opined that the goal in life should be crystal clear and that no stone should be left unturned before accomplishing it.   Various queries made by the students were answered, thus they found solutions of questions rising in their mind.  Determination, Discipline and commitment towards one’s duty can help attaining one’s coveted goal.
