On 1 August, 2019 First Meeting of Hubs of Learning was held in the premises of DRVDAV Centenary Public School, Phillaur. Six Principals from different CBSE schools attended the meeting. DRV DAV is lead collaborator school for Hubs of Learning notified vide circular no. Aff.-12 dated 9 March, 2019, is a part of the policy of the board to share, cooperate and learn from each other by forming a small cluster of schools into hubs of learning for collaboration among schools for quality enhancement. The purpose of this hub is to collaborate and improve educational objectives, students’ outcomes, curriculum enrichment and growth through a shared vision of stake holders. Various activities were discussed during the meeting like academic collaboration, professional development of teachers, resource sharing, building community, overcoming isolation and systemic reforms. Overall it was a very interactive meeting.
