DRV DAV CENTENARY PUBLIC SCHOOL PHILLAUR celebrated Peace Day 2015 organised by Face to Faith (Tony Blair Foundation). All the students were dressed in white uniforms which symbolises peace. Competitions among houses like poster making, kite flying and plays on the theme of peace were organized. A play was performed by the students giving the message of peace at government school Tehang. Principal, Yogesh Gamnbhir said that peace is the vital need of the hour. In order to develop society it is paramount importance that mutual disagreement must be forgotten and attention should be diverted to constructive works.
